End-of-tenancy
Deposits are lost over the small things: the oven, the extractor filter, the top of the wardrobe. We work from the same list your agent inspects against.

This is the list our team works from and ticks off before they leave. Show it to your letting agent; if their inventory asks for more, tell us and we'll add it to the quote.
Carpet cleaning, inside windows on upper floors and garages or outbuildings are quoted as extras, always agreed before we start.
Who you're dealing with
Fine Touch is owned and run by Yasin from Andover. The cleaners are employed and trained by us, not sent by an agency, and the person who quotes your clean is the person who answers if anything isn't right.

No. Most regular customers give us a key or a key-safe code and get on with their day. You're welcome to be there if you'd prefer, especially for the first visit.
Yes. We bring everything, including hoover, cloths and products. If you'd rather we used your own products, for example because of allergies or a particular floor, just tell us when you book.
Every room on the agent's checklist: kitchen including inside the oven and cupboards, bathrooms descaled, skirting boards, doors, switches, windows inside, and all floors. Carpet cleaning and inside the fridge or freezer can be added. You get a photo report at the end.
Each key is tagged with a code, never an address, and kept in a locked key box when it isn't on a job. We log when a key goes out and when it comes back.
Yes. Our cleaners are our own employees, not agency staff. Every one is DBS-checked before their first job and trained by us, and the company holds public liability insurance.
By card or bank transfer once the clean is done. Regular customers get one monthly invoice. There's no need for cash.
